Before treating any commercial kitchen, we always make an assessment of:

1. The grease trap.
2. The drain system including fixtures - size of drains, sink compartments.
3. The chemicals used - includes all cleaners, detergents, and particularly sanitizers (sanitizers have to be neutralized).

We then develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your kitchen layout and takes into consideration:

1. Number of grease traps you have.
2. Where they are located.
3. The size of the grease traps.
4. Which drains and fixtures go into the grease trap.

The treatment plan consists of 1) the initial treatment and 2) the maintenance treatment.

*Once we treat your commercial kitchen, we offer our customers a monthly maintenance plan that ensures their grease traps and drains remain healthy.  We also offer our customers the option to purchase Bio-Clean from LEIGH PLUMBING (NOBODY BEATS OUR PRICES!) and perform the grease trap (s) maintenance themselves.  If the PH is low, then *Kontrol will also be included in the treatment process.  We will guide you through the entire process.
