A Special Note to Home buyers: 

Whether buying a custom designed home, or an already existing property, please insist that your builder, or real estate agent, includes a video pipe inspection and septic tank locator of all pipelines and stacks BEFORE finalizing the closing process.  

Leigh Plumbing received calls from two frantic homeowners after they had moved into their homes. Both of them had conventional home inspections performed before closing, and the home inspectors "okay-ed" everything in their reports.  But both were experiencing foul odors throughout their homes and their drains were repeatedly backing up. The plumbers they had already called on could not determine the cause.  

To the property homeowners' dismay, our video pipe inspection and  locator discovered that their septic tanks were located directly under their houses!
