But first, a note on Gravity and Chemicals...

• All chemicals run along the bottom of the pipe because of the gravity.  Therefore, they cannot clean the whole pipe. 
• Chemicals only burn a hole in the waste on the bottom of the pipe that the chemicals come in contact with for about ten seconds. 
• Once the initial chemical reaction is over, the chemical then runs out of the pipe into the environment - creating more pollution.
